We have really enjoyed being a part of the Fred Smith Community for over 3 years now. We rented for 2 years and were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had built up equity which could be applied to the purchase of a new Fred Smith Home. The amount of equity that we earned was enough to cover all of our closing costs which made the home buying process with Fred Smith all the better.
